Meet Two New Brawlers: Nori and Wendy
Nori
The Legendary Assassin
Nori is the child of Kenji and Kaze, and the first Brawler ever born in Starr Park. Being born there gave him extraordinary powers, and he is not too bad at cooking either.
Nori is a Legendary Brawler in Null’s Brawl with moderately high health (around 7,600 HP), variable damage, and great mobility thanks to his very fast movement, attack, and Super.
He will be the 105th Brawler added to the game and is set to release in July 2026. Nori has two attacks, and both catch fish by hitting enemy Brawlers, which he then uses to power his abilities.
Title: Katana Kid
Main Attack: Fishing Fury
Nori slashes forward, charging his attack, and casts his fishing rod. The longer he charges, the farther he casts. He can pull himself toward a wall or Brawler, dashing through enemies and dealing damage, and at max charge, he jumps over walls. Every time Nori hits an enemy with his main attack, he catches a fish that he can use for his other abilities.
Super: Catch of the Day
Nori dives into the water and then emerges, dealing area damage after a short delay. His Super consumes all the fish he has caught, increasing its size by 5% and its damage by 4% for every fish used.
Gadgets
SUSHI SNACK: Nori eats up to 3 fish to heal himself for 1000 health per fish.
GONNA NEED A BIGGER NET: Nori aims a fishing net that roots the first Brawler hit for 1.25 seconds and deals 800 damage.
Star Powers
BIG HAUL: Nori catches 3 fish when his Super hits enemy Brawlers.
HIS MOTHER’S SON: Nori gains 20% extra speed for 1 second whenever he hits an enemy with his main attack.
Wendy
The Mythic Support
Wendy is a smart scientist with a nostalgic soul. After years of working in shady corporate laboratories, she left to build Windstock and help the planet instead of harming it.
Wendy is a Mythic Brawler in Null’s Brawl with low health and moderate damage, but she has great survivability thanks to her attack and Super. In fact, she has the lowest base health in the game at around 4,000 HP, but her constantly recharging personal shield can effectively double how long she survives.
She will be the 106th Brawler added to the game and is set to release in August 2026 during the Windstock season. She has a unique Trait that lets her walk over water and charge her Super when taking shield damage, making her a strong support option for team modes.
Title: Blows You Away
Trait
Wendy can walk over water, and she charges her Super whenever she takes shield damage. This makes her a strong support Brawler who stays useful even when she is under pressure in Null’s Brawl.
Main Attack: Blow Dryer
Wendy fires a blast that deals 2400 damage and gives herself a 1386 shield. When her blast hits a teammate instead, she gives that teammate a 2000 shield, making her great at protecting allies during fights.
Super: Planet Protector
Wendy deploys a shield generator that absorbs 75% of all damage taken by Wendy and her teammates standing within its range. This turns any area into a safe zone and makes her team much harder to take down.
Gadgets
WIND-POWERED: Wendy’s platform boosts her, and she jumps a short distance.
GREEN GRENADE: Wendy launches a wind grenade that slows all enemies hit and stops them from healing for a short time.
Star Powers
SLOWING SHIELD: Enemies standing inside Wendy’s shield generator are slowed down.
SOLAR SHIELD: Wendy’s shield generator gains an extra 2000 health, letting it last much longer in fights.
New Brawlers Quick Comparison
Nori
- Rarity: Legendary
- Class: Assassin
- Release: July 2026
- Strength: Fish-powered Super, wall jumps, and very high mobility
- Weakness: Low health and a high skill level to play well
Wendy
- Rarity: Mythic
- Class: Support
- Release: August 2026
- Strength: Shields allies and absorbs damage with her shield generator
- Weakness: The lowest base health in the game
New Hypercharges
The latest Null’s Brawl update brings two new Hypercharges:
Starr Nova (The Hypercharge): Starr Nova becomes invulnerable while dashing and has almost unlimited ammo during her Hypercharge.
Bolt (Bowling Bolt): Bolt destroys all walls while his Hyper Super is active, opening up the map as he rolls.
Ramen Rebellion: The Two-Season Connected Story
The biggest addition in Null’s Brawl v68.250 is the Ramen Rebellion, the most ambitious event the game has ever made. Instead of a single seasonal theme, it ties two connected seasons together across nine eventful weeks, weaving animations, Powers, game modes, events, and skins into one unfolding story that might even change a Brawler forever.
The story begins when an automated noodle shop opens across from Kenji and Kaze’s sushi restaurant, catching the interest of their son Nori. The shop produces NanoNoodles, and once Brawlers eat them, they gain strange new powers. It turns into an epic adventure where Kenji and Kaze fight to save Katana Kingdom and their child.
Season 1 is Brawl Pass Season 52, called NanoNoodles, and features NanoDrops containing NanoPowers. Season 2 is Brawl Pass Season 53, called Windstock, and features Smoothie Drops containing Fusions.
NanoPowers and Fusions
This update introduces two brand-new power-up systems tied to the two seasons of the Ramen Rebellion event.
NanoPowers (NanoNoodles Season)
NanoPowers are temporary, per-Brawler power-ups in Null’s Brawl that you unlock through NanoDrops and choose before a match to boost your Brawler’s stats. NanoDrops can be earned through Daily Wins, Mega Quests, Boss Fights, Side Quests, Daily Contests, and Creator QR codes.
Each NanoDrop gives players 3 picks from a set of 5 cups. Each cup contains 0 to 3 NanoNoodles, and each NanoNoodle is a reward. The minimum from each NanoDrop is 1 reward, and the maximum is 9. Each NanoDrop also fills up the NanoMeter for extra rewards.
There are 106 NanoPowers to unlock across 4 rarities: Baseline, Augmented, Cybernetic, and Quantum. Once unlocked, Brawlers automatically have their NanoPowers active in featured event game modes.
Each NanoPower gives a Brawler 3 unique Powers, and at the start of a match, the player chooses 1 of 2 Powers to use. These Powers can change anything from main attack and Super to speed, damage, and defense, making every match feel different.
Free skins tip: Every NanoDrop also fills the NanoMeter, which unlocks milestone rewards including resources, cosmetics, and exclusive skins. Collect 150 NanoDrops across the season, and you are guaranteed to earn all the skins of that season, meaning you can get them all for free if you collect from every source.
Fusions (Windstock Season)
Fusions are stronger versions of NanoPowers in Null’s Brawl that fuse two of your Brawler’s Powers together at the start of a match. They are unlocked through Smoothie Drops during the Windstock season, which can be earned through Daily Wins, Mega Quests, Topple the Tower, Side Quests, and Creator QR codes.
Each Smoothie Drop works the same way as a NanoDrop, giving 3 picks from 5 cups with 1 to 9 Gulps as rewards. There are also 106 Fusions to unlock across the same 4 rarities. When a Fusion is gained for a Brawler that already has a NanoPower, the Fusion replaces it.
At the start of a Fusion match, two of a Brawler’s three Powers fuse together, giving the player the benefits of both. Collecting enough Smoothie Drops across the season also unlocks the full Windstock skin set.
New Buffies
New Buffies have been added for six Brawlers this update, split into two trios: the Arcade Trio (Rico, Brock, and 8-Bit) and the Super City Trio (Meg, Max, and Surge). Each Brawler gets reworked Gadgets, updated Star Powers, and a new Hypercharge upgrade
- Rico gets both Gadgets reworked. Multiball Launcher deploys a vending machine with 4000 HP that fires projectiles in all directions when destroyed. Bouncy Castle fires a giant gumball that splits into smaller projectiles when it hits a wall or enemy. His Hypercharge makes his Super projectiles bounce even further.
- Brock gets his Super reworked. Rocket Rain now tracks his movement so the rocket barrage follows him. His Rocket Laces Gadget is now aimable, and his Hypercharge turns his Super rockets into cluster bombs.
- 8-Bit gets Buffies focused on his Damage Booster. His Extra Credits Gadget is reworked to fire 18 aimable projectiles during his main attack, and his Aimbot Hypercharge gives his turret a laser that shoots nearby enemies.
- Meg gets a major rework that leans into piloting her Mecha. Her Super now deals 3000 damage to nearby enemies when she enters the Mecha, and her Gadgets are reworked to heal her team or launch the Mecha forward as an attack.
- Max gets Buffies focused on her support role. Her Phase Shifter Gadget is now aimable and gives her damage immunity while dashing, and her Buffies give her new ways to buff and speed up her whole team.
- Surge gets Buffies focused on charging his Super faster and powering up his later stages. His Power Surge Gadget is reworked to boost his Super charge rate, and he also gets a reworked Stage 5 Hypercharge.
New Game Modes
The latest Null’s Brawl update adds new cooking game modes and a brand-new PvE mode.
Combat Cooking (PvE)
Combat Cooking is played by a single team of 3 players who must complete 3 orders before time runs out. Each order is a recipe with 3 to 5 ingredients that players gather from delivery bots roaming the map. These delivery bots are protected by strong guard bots, with 3 different guard bot types to fight through.
There are 10 ingredient types in total: Noodle, Chili, Mushroom, Carrot, Pak Choi, Garlic, Fish, Shrimp, Egg, and Soy Sauce. Only ingredients found in the available recipes can be placed in the Wok, so there are no wrong ingredients.
Food Fight (PvP)
Food Fight pits two teams of 3 players against each other. Both teams share the same 3 orders and fight over ingredients to complete them first. The first team to finish all orders wins. If time runs out, the team with more completed orders wins, and if both teams are tied, overtime begins and the first team to complete a recipe wins.
Mecha Guard (PvE)
Mecha Guard is a new PvE mode arriving later in the update. Players work together to carry and charge a battery for Meg’s Mecha while fighting off hordes of enemies and collecting power-ups. At the end, a fully charged Mecha joins the team for an epic battle against a random giant boss enemy.
Topple the Tower
Topple the Tower is a new event where players climb a 5-floor tower, with each floor featuring a different map and game mode. Players are given a curated pool of 5 to 12 Brawlers to use, and need at least 8 Brawlers on their account to play. All Brawlers are maxed out, including Buffies.
Before each floor, players pick one Brawler from the available pool. Winning a floor locks that Brawler to it and lets the player advance, while losing a floor removes that Brawler from the pool but keeps the player on the same floor.
Players keep going until they clear all 5 floors or run out of Brawlers. Clearing all floors without a single loss earns a special Perfect Run reward and the unique “Unbeatable” player title.
Daily Contests and Side Quests
Daily Contests are a new take on the fan-favorite Katana Kingdom Contests. Every day, a fresh set of contests appears with a choice of 1 of 3 game modes and a limited number of attempts. Playing at least one game earns NanoDrops as a reward.
Side Quests are a new experience where players get special Quests tied to the featured Brawlers of the week. Completing them progresses a milestone tracker that grants extra rewards. Players can see Side Quests for Brawlers they do not own as locked quests, and some quests require a Brawler at a specific Power Level.
Three New Boss Fights
This update features three brand-new Nano-infused Boss Fights in Null’s Brawl.
- Nori: Take on Nori and his trusty fish companions as he flies around the map with fierce fishing pole dashes and slashes.
- Tara: Fight Tara and her squad of clones as an army of shadow clones, giant black holes, and dangerous projectiles fill the map.
- Brock: Face the fiercest blaster in Starr Park while weaving between endless aerial rocket barrages in Brock’s Nano-infused boss fight.

Permanent Improvements and Quality of Life Updates

Skin Sound Effects
Mythic skins will now always have Kill sound effects tied to their Kill VFX, and Mythic and lower skins get extra sounds when the base Brawler sound does not match well.
This update adds 68 skin-specific sound additions. Frank’s Noise Cancelling Gadget sound has also been changed to music with Frank humming the melody, as the community requested.
Shop Improvements
The Catalog now shows different descriptions to indicate whether a skin can appear in the Oddities Shop, will appear later, or will never appear. The Rush Events button now also shows how much time is left until the event ends.

Other Improvements
Speed boosts no longer stack, so only the strongest active boost will apply. Dashes that deal no damage now have a more accurate endpoint indicator.
Leaving early from Brawler Release event matches now gives a warning and eventually a cooldown. New Creator Pins, Sprays, Icons, and Titles have also been added to better identify Creators in-game.
